Working closely with other HR team members, you will act as the administrator for all HR and recruitment to our UK HR office.
Key Accountabilities:
a. Keeping HR personnel files and reports up to date for the office this includes international files
b. Ensuring that all files are audited and have necessary information and references etc.
c. Assisting and collating information to produce monthly Payroll instructions for the Internal Accounts team
d. Using Excel templates to produce monthly management information reports on: Headcount, Salaries, Recruitment, Appraisals
e. Administering HR paperwork, such as offer letters, leavers letters, promotion and probation letters for the UK office
f. Assisting in inducting new members of staff and providing on-going support
g. Acting as the second point of contact for all HR and Office Admin queries and issues
h. Monitoring holiday, TOIL and sickness and updating excel spreadsheets accordingly
i. Conducting maternity and exit interviews.
j. Assisting in organising soft HR initiatives (e.g. fun competitions and office teambuilding events)
k. Monitoring and reporting on appraisals
l. Assisting the recruitment officer with administrative support, which will include advertising, sourcing candidates, liaising with agencies, short-listing, interviewing, providing feedback and providing all recruitment correspondence as well as assisting with internal promotion opportunities within the company
