You'll be working with our existing customers, over various channels, helping them to make an informed choice about their insurance, banking or investment products.
Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join their thriving team.
You will be required to provide an outstanding service to our customers, actively identifying their needs and meeting them with our products and services. You will also be required achieve profitable sales through inbound telephone selling, using targeted sales propositions to selected audiences, in a way which achieves customer satisfaction and supports brand values.
Ideal applicants must have strong customer service background with great verbal and written communication skills. Previous knowledge of working towards deadlines and targets would be highly advantageous.
The skills
· Proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a customer service delivery environment
· Demonstrable talent for building a rapport with customers to quickly understand their needs and identify appropriate products and services to promote and sell to them
· Plenty of confidence and the personality to make a positive impact on customers by telephone
· Enjoyment and experience of working to quality, volume and conversion targets and achieving these
· Ability to learn and retain product and procedural information on an ongoing basis
· Ability to navigate around computer applications effectively, preferably around Microsoft Windows

Hours: Between 8am-10pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis including
1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 7 Sundays 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to £15,536 DOE
